As an Experienced interior designer/architect at MAMOUSHKA, you will be responsible for blending design thinking with sales mastery and building relationships with architects & HNIs. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and premium clients to drive project collaborations. - Lead presentations and design conversations with HNIs and luxury developers. - Actively follow up with clients and collaborators to ensure project conversion and satisfaction. - Drive business growth by converting design opportunities into signed projects. - Work closely with our manufacturing and design studio to ensure every detail meets our exacting standards. - Conduct design consultations and translate client aspirations into furniture and interior concepts. - Develop new business opportunities through referrals, partnerships, and on-ground networking. - Coordinate with designs for flawless execution. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of experience in luxury furniture, wardrobes, or allied design industries. - Exceptional taste and an eye for detail. - Strong network with architects, designers, and premium clientele. - Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc. - A natural closer - confident, articulate, and relationship-driven.
