Job Description

Roles and Responsibilites : Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and technical drawings for new and existing products. Participate in product design and development from concept through to production. Perform engineering analysis and simulations (FEA, CFD, tolerance analysis) to validate designs. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and user needs. Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Support prototype development and testing, incorporating feedback into design iterations. Conduct design reviews and implement feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain design documentation and engineering change records. Liaise with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Preferrred candidate profile : 10 ~15 yrs in mechanical product design, with about 8~10 yrs specific experience in design of 4th axis rotary tables, tilting tables etc preferred Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling using Soild Works / Pro E, AutoCad, Sound knowledge of GD&T Good knowledge of making process drawings good knowledge of manufacturing processes, Experience in PLM activities would be an advantage, Experience of solving issues in products at customer end
