Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Delphi for desktop and multi-tier systems. Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support application functionality and optimize database performance. Integrate .NET components with Delphi applications to enhance system capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Optimize legacy Delphi applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to project planning. Required Skills and Experience 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Delphi (versions 7 to 11). Strong proficiency in SQL, including query optimization, stored procedures, and database design (e.g., MS SQL Server). Hands-on experience with .NET framework for integration and development (C# knowledge preferred). Familiarity with multi-tier architectures, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting. Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
