Job Description

10-12 years of experience in database administration and data management
Strong hands-on expertise with MongoDB (replication, sharding, performance tuning) and PostgreSQL (partitioning, indexing, query optimization) Proven experience in data warehousing design and implementation Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and data pipelines Proficiency with analytical and BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and schema design Familiarit Job Details: Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases for high availability, scalability, and performance
Architect and implement data warehousing solutions to support reporting and analytics Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data Enable business intelligence and analytics by integrating databases with tools like Metabase or Power BI Monitor database performance and optimize queries, indexing, and partitioning strategies Implement and maintain database security, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions Work closely with backend engineers, data analysts, and product teams to support application and reporting needs Perform capacity planning, monitoring, and database tuning Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations Mentor junior team members and establish database best practices
