What We're Really Looking For:

Education: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience:

? 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, and AI development, with afocus on NLP and Generative AI.Deep expertise in transformer-based architectures like GPT, BERT, T5, or similar.Prior experience with text mining, speech processing, and developing conversational agents.

Technical Skills:

? Proficiency in programming languages like Python, with strong experience in machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).

? Hands-on experience with NLP tools such as NLTK, spaCy, or Stanford NLP.

? Strong background in deep learning, neural networks, and generative AI models.

? Expertise in applying unsupervised and supervised learning techniques, classification, recommendation, forecasting, and regression.

? Familiarity with data engineering, feature engineering, and working with large and diverse datasets (structured and unstructured).
