Senior Data Migration Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Data Migration Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full data migration lifecycle: extraction, transformation, validation, and final delivery.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of healthcare data throughout all migration phases.
Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution.
Lead internal and client calls to track progress, risks, and timelines.
Validate data mappings and transformation logic and troubleshoot data issues.
Support client validation cycles, triage issues, and drive timely resolution.
Maintain migration documentation, RCA notes, and audit logs.
Work with Infrastructure teams to ensure environment and server readiness.

Required Skills

Basic SQL skills for validation and troubleshooting.
Strong healthcare domain knowledge
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to manage timelines, risks, client expectations, and delivery commitments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Masters degree in any field (SQL skill needed).
Minimum 3+ years of work experience specifically in healthcare domain.
