About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager – Data Operations to take end-to-end ownership of our data management processes. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our existing data assets sourced internally and externally, ensuring data is reliable, accessible, and actionable. You will work closely with the

architecture and analytics teams to build scalable and efficient data operations that power our business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Data Ownership: Manage and oversee the complete lifecycle of data collection, processing, and availability from internal and external sources to enable seamless consumption by business teams.

• Data Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and optimize existing data assets to ensure they are easily queryable, reliable, and scalable. Collaborate with the architecture team to enhance data infrastructure and storage solutions.

• Data Quality & Integrity: Implement robust processes to monitor and improve data quality, address inconsistencies, duplication, and ensure data integrity across systems.

• Data Integration & Centralization: Lead the integration of diverse data sources into a unified data warehouse environment, ensuring standardized and

centralized data availability.

• Real-time & Historical Data Management: Build and maintain pipelines that support both real-time data ingestion and historical data storage for comprehensive analysis.

• Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain advanced BI dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights across sales, marketing, and operational teams.

• Scalability & Performance Optimization: Design and optimize data workflows and query performance to handle growing data volumes efficiently, ensuring low- latency access to data.

• Data Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce data governance policies, including compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA),and manage access controls securely.

• Automation of Data Workflows: Drive automation of data ingestion, validation,enrichment, and reporting processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual errors.

• Support Personalization & Targeting: Enable data-driven segmentation and personalization initiatives by providing clean, enriched data sets to marketing and analytics teams.

• KPI & Performance Dashboards: Own the creation and maintenance of KPI and performance dashboards that track business metrics and operational efficiency for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering,

or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in data operations, data engineering, or related roles with a proven track record of managing end-to-end data processes.

• Strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

• Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and query optimization.

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake) and data integration tools.

• Solid understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and security best practices.

• Experience working cross-functionally with architecture, analytics, and business teams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
