Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for Data Engineers with with a proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end data solutions. This is a full time role.

• Understand and analyze clients business requirements to design and implement effective data solutions.

• This is a full time onsite opportunity in Pune

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Implement and optimize data models in Power BI, adhering to Medallion architecture principles (bronze, silver, gold layers).
• Design and optimize data models utilizing medallion data architecture and advanced data modeling techniques to support client reporting and analytics needs.
• Implement best practices in data engineering to ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable data solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations for Power BI best practices, including performance tuning and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and visualization.
• Proactive communications to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics, with a proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end data solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis. Experience with Snowflake and Power BI is required.
• Robust understanding of medallion data architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) and advanced data modeling techniques.
• Develop and maintain DAX calculations and measures for advanced analytics and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, datasets, and data refresh schedules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to proactively engage with clients.
• Getting things done, knowing how to unblock yourself, communicating, and engaging with customers proactively with minimal supervision.
