Senior Data and Analytics Analyst

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Pure Storage, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into meaningful information and providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include designing standard data reports, executive processes, and high-impact tools for self-service analytics. You will analyze factors affecting business performance and derive actionable insights to tackle the organization's challenges effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development and implementation of scalable analytics solutions to track and predict revenue, booking, deal size, win rate, customer segments, and identify new market opportunities. - Architect, build, and launch new data models for intuitive analytics. - Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate complex analytical findings. - Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data privacy regulations. - Evaluate, implement, and manage analytics tools and systems. - Stay updated with the latest trends in customer analytics and continuously improve the effectiveness of analytics solutions. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and identify collaboration opportunities across functions. **Qualifications Required:** - 10 or more years of experience in the Analytics domain, with a track record of leading key initiatives and engaging teams across business functions. - Advanced proficiency with Tableau, MS Excel (VBA knowledge), SQL, and Snowflake preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use data to influence senior level stakeholders. - Excellent communication skills to present analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong leadership skills to foster a data-driven culture within the team. - Master's degree preferred, with a concentration in statistics, data science, operational research, or finance.
