Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent Working mode : Regular Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Days About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL, data cleaning, statistical analysis, and data visualization. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights from large datasets and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Responsibilities : Data Analysis and Modeling : - Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. - Conduct in-depth statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis. - Build and maintain data models to support analytical needs and reporting requirements. Data Cleaning and Preprocessing : - Identify and address data quality issues, such as missing values, inconsistencies, and outliers. - Perform data cleaning and transformation tasks to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Data Visualization : - Create compelling data visualizations using tools like Python (Matplotlib, Seaborn), Tableau, or Power BI. - Communicate complex findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Project Management : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define analytical objectives. - Manage data analysis projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and reporting. Cloud Platform Utilization : - Leverage Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Machine Learning) to build and scale data pipelines. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytics. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role. - Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques. - Experience with statistical analysis methods (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis). - Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Python, Tableau, Power BI). - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques. - Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R). - Experience with data governance and data quality management.
