Senior Data Analyst

As the primary business-facing technical advisor for Workday HRIS implementations and optimizations, you will develop comprehensive HRIS strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives. You will lead discovery sessions to gather and analyze business requirements and present technical solutions and recommendations to executive stakeholders. Managing client expectations and ensuring high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle will be crucial. Your responsibilities will also include making critical design decisions regarding system configuration, integrations, and data management. You will review and approve technical specifications, solution designs, and test plans. Identifying and resolving complex technical challenges that arise during implementations and ensuring solutions adhere to best practices and governance requirements will be part of your role. In terms of team leadership, you will provide direction and mentorship to a team of data engineers. Assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables, as well as facilitating knowledge sharing and professional development within the team, will be essential. Project governance will be another key aspect of your role, where you will identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies. Ensuring adherence to project methodology and quality standards, as well as driving continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies, will also fall under your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in HRIS consulting, implementation, or administration - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday/Greenhouse, including multiple full lifecycle implementations - Experience with cloud data warehouse platforms, preferably Snowflake - Experience with architecting or working with ELT technologies (such as DBT) and data architectures - Workday certifications - including at least one advanced certification - Experience leading teams and managing complex HRIS projects - Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices - Strong client relationship management and executive communication skills - Proven problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting expertise (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
