Senior Data Analyst, Human Resources

Role Overview: As a Senior Data Analyst at Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence Division, you will be responsible for designing and building reports, metrics, and dashboards using various tools such as SuccessFactors reporting tools, Power BI, Python, Pyramid, and Excel. Your role will involve managing the entire reporting lifecycle, from gathering requirements to delivering actionable insights. Additionally, you will be developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions, leveraging statistical techniques and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making and drive data-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data, generate predictions, and deliver data-driven recommendations. - Design and implement machine learning algorithms using Python to support data-driven decision-making. - Provide data insights using Power BI, Python, SuccessFactors reporting tools, and ERP reporting ensuring timely delivery of solutions. - Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and maintain high-quality datasets, escalating data issues to appropriate data owners for resolution. - Perform advanced Excel-based activities, including VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, pivot tables, macros, and VBA scripting. Qualifications: Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS. - Extensive experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data mining techniques. - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - Master's degree in Data Analytics or a related discipline. - Experience in predictive analytics and forecasting in a professional setting. - Previous experience or interest in implementing advanced analytics within the HR function.
