The role primarily involves partner management, new customer acquisition, and technical-commercial support, requiring both strategic planning and hands-on engagement at trade fairs, customer demos, and industry events Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Manage and support sales partners—onboarding, training, and performance monitoring. Develop and execute business plans with sales partners to drive revenue and market growth. Identify and acquire new customers through indirect sales strategies. Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer demonstrations. Technical & Commercial Support Provide technical training to sales partners to ensure effective product positioning. Support partners and customers with technical sales, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting. Market Analysis & Planning Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. Develop forecasts, sales strategies, and regional expansion plans. Leverage local market knowledge to identify high-potential business opportunities. Qualifications Key Skills & Requirements: Education: Technical background preferred (e.g., Electrical Engineering, HTL) or strong technical affinity with a willingness to learn. Experience: 10-14 years in sales & BD/Techno-commercial roles, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or measurement technology sectors. Motivation & Drive: Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to develop within the role. Languages: Business fluent English is a must. Additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus. Role Overview: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence (HMI), you will be responsible for deploying and managing ServiceNow modules in large organizations. Your role will involve developing and architecting technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the IT Service Management (ITSM) business requirements of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence. Key Responsibilities: - Apply innovative technology to business processes to develop new ServiceNow solutions and troubleshoot issues. - Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to develop appropriate technical solutions, offering advice on options, risks, and impacts on business processes and technical architecture. - Communicate technical problems and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow platform suite (ITSM is a must). - Develop and implement applications, platform configurations, and customizations following the smart-customization approach, ensuring efficient and effective solutions tailored to business needs. - Design, develop, and implement solutions for modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and GRC. - Manage and develop new and existing integrations with external tools and applications using REST, SOAP, and other web services. - Develop custom flows for various modules using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, including development of custom flow actions. - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow and software development best practices and principles. - Provide comprehensive business intelligence support through Performance Analytics and the Reporting engine. - Create comprehensive documentation, including technical design documents, user guides, and developer notes, to ensure clear communication and knowledge transfer across teams. - Provide technical support and training to end-users and junior developers upon request. Qualifications: - Degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred. - Several years of practical development on the ServiceNow platform. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS (SASS), AngularJS, Bootstrap, AJAX, SQL, and other web development technologies. - 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, ideally CSA, CAD, and CIS-ITSM certifications. - Good understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools as well as ability to work together with Project Manager. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment. - ITIL v3 Foundation certificate is advantageous. - Proficient communication skills in English and effective presentation skills.,
