• Strong hands-on experience in querying Snowflake.
• Key responsibilities include:
o Supporting data inquiry requests from BIS team or business stakeholders and providing detailed analysis.
o Partnering with Data Product Owners and business teams for requirement gathering and analysis.
o Coordinating with business on potential data quality observations and performing root cause analysis with upstream source systems (e.g., Veeva CRM, Veeva Align, etc.).
o Following up with upstream contacts for data-related issues and driving closure.
o Supporting UAT, validating metrics and data with source systems, and ensuring quality before delivery.
o Reconciling data between systems (e.g., Veeva CRM, Athena, or other internal databases) to ensure consistency."
