Job Description

Key responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress with JavaScript/TypeScript.
Perform end-to-end, UI API testing to ensure application reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development lifecycle.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
Analyze test results, debug issues, and improve test stability and coverage.
Maintain and enhance the test automation framework with best practices.
Write clear and concise test documentation and reports.

Required Skills

Strong JavaScript /Typescript programming skills.
Hands-on experience with Cypress for web UI and API testing.
Knowledge of Mocha, Chai, Jest, or other test frameworks .
Experience with REST API testing (Postman, Supertest).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
Working knowledge of CI/CD tools for test automation integration.
Good to have exposure to Mobile automation
Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
