Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Senior Customer Support - Relationship Manager to join our special team working directly under the supervision of CEO Peyush Bansal. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Take end-to-end responsibility for customer service queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized support. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and address issues proactively. Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Support the RM project initiated by Peyush Bansal, aligning with company objectives and standards. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to engage and empathize with customers. Demonstrated customer-centric approach with a focus on problem-solving and satisfaction. Proven experience in a customer support or relationship management role. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Age Criteria: Candidates up to 35 years of age are encouraged to apply. Other Details: Working days: 5.5 days working with alternate 2 days off in a week Location: Okhla
