Within the SRE team, specialized roles such as Platform SREs, Application Automation Engineers, and Customer-Focused SREs work together to create scalable, efficient, and future-ready solutions. In the role of a Customer-Focused Senior SRE, your main focus will be on customer engagement, ensuring smooth onboarding, seamless integrations, and optimal performance. You will utilize your operational expertise along with innovative AI-driven approaches to design and implement autonomous systems that streamline processes and enhance reliability. Collaboration with Account Managers, Sales Solution Engineers, Infrastructure SREs, and Application Automation Engineers will be crucial to delivering a seamless, scalable customer experience while driving technical agility and scalability. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed solution documents for customers before onboarding, automating onboarding and deployment processes, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction, investigating and resolving technical escalations, designing and building autonomous agents for process management, leveraging AI tools for automation, partnering with various teams to align solutions with customer needs, implementing real-time monitoring and self-healing systems, and ensuring standardization and scalability across customer processes. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Operational Engineering, or related fields, expertise in automated deployment tools, monitoring systems, and performance tuning, knowledge of scripting and AI tools, strong communication and collaboration skills, a customer-centric approach, a growth mindset, and a passion for innovative AI-driven projects.
