Senior Creative Strategist

As a member of the Creative Team, your role involves carrying out creative duties on multiple brands from various industries, which includes campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting. You will also be responsible for managing a team of 2-4 junior creative resources, providing them with direction for executing ideas effectively. Collaboration with the New Business team will be essential for creative ideation and showcasing for pitches. Presenting the entire creative plan and narrating scripts to clients will be part of your responsibilities. It is crucial to ensure that the creative work meets award-winning standards and to apply for awards to bring recognition to the team. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you will receive overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns and other creative tasks. Daily coordination with the Integrated Solutions Team is necessary for tasks ranging from topical posts to annual campaign strategies. Providing visual direction to the graphic design team and breaking down briefs for junior creatives are essential to facilitate a smooth and efficient process. Working on revisions based on feedback and adhering to set timelines that balance ideation, finesse, and client goals are key aspects of your role. Your active presence throughout the production process, from idea conception to the final product upload, is crucial for events, shoots, posts, or any creative expression. Deep research about brands, competition, target audience, and staying updated with industry developments and trends are vital for success in this role.,
