Senior Creative Retoucher

Your role will involve a hands-on approach to both creative and technical aspects of projects, collaborating closely with the Creative Director, Producers, VFX Supervisory, and CGI artists to ensure seamless execution of final imagery. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest quality standards in all retouching work from initial image preparation to final delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Execute high-end image retouching at every stage of the process, from image preparation to final color grading and conversions. - Integrate and enhance CGI elements to ensure photorealistic quality, focusing on lighting, scale, perspective, focus, and grain matching. - Lead creative and technical execution on projects from concept to final delivery. - Collaborate with CGI artists, photographers, and animation teams to seamlessly integrate multi-disciplinary visual assets. - Ensure strict quality control across all final deliverables, maintaining consistency in color, tone, and detail. - Supervise and support junior retouchers, offering mentorship and training to enhance team capabilities. - Work closely with Producers to manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. - Optimize workflows by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and improve production pipelines. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in high-end image retouching and color grading. - Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic retouching and CGI integration skills. - Excellent knowledge of lighting, perspective, and scale in visual composition. - Proficiency in industry-standard retouching software. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively. - Prior experience in mentoring or training team members is a plus.,
