Senior Creative Designer/Designer

As a Senior Creative Designer/Designer based in Pune with 4-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for translating visual/verbal concepts and creative strategy into tangible digital designs. You will lead by example, working both independently and collaboratively to manage multiple deliverables with minimum guidance while maintaining high quality standards. Your role will involve organizing, planning, and prioritizing deliverables while coming up with visualization ideas to support various team members such as Instructional Designers, Art Directors, Project Managers, and Account Managers. Using only written instructions in storyboards, you will design and develop various digital assets including WBTs, CBTs, ILTs, GUI & UI, Simulations, Animations, Graphics, and videos. You should be proficient in creating a wide range of visual elements like illustrations, icons, maintaining consistency in style and color usage as per client requirements. The ability to clearly articulate and present your ideas and recommendations is crucial for this role. Moreover, you should have a good command of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, along with experience in using e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Raptivity. A relevant Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in software designing tools such as Flash, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Sound Forge, and basic Flash scripting are required. Proficiency in video, audio, and visualization skills will be an added advantage for this role.,
