Job Summary

The Senior Creative Content role is responsible for leading content strategy and execution across global client accounts within a fully remote environment. This position owns short-form and long-form content development, content planning, and alignment with brand, communication, and commercial objectives. The role supports client outcomes, relationship continuity, and revenue alignment through high-quality content delivery and structured collaboration with internal teams. Strong accountability, proactive communication, and performance consistency are essential to succeed within Moris Media's distributed team structure and international client ecosystem.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead content strategy planning aligned with client objectives and brand direction

Write and review high-quality short-form and long-form content across platforms

Manage client communication related to content scope, timelines, and feedback

Coordinate with design, marketing, and account teams through virtual workflows

Prepare structured content reports and performance documentation

Support commercial discussions through content-led campaign planning

Maintain long-term client relationships through consistency, responsiveness, and quality

Primary Skills

Advanced creative content writing and copywriting expertise

Strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration

Effective time management across multiple client accounts

Client handling and expectation management experience

Content strategy and editorial planning capability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Advanced certification in content writing, media, or digital communication preferred

Formal training in brand communication or editorial standards is an advantage

Experience

4 to 7 years of relevant experience in senior-level creative content writing, content strategy, or digital communication roles is required. Experience must reflect leadership in content ownership, accountability in delivery, and consistent performance while working with remote teams and client stakeholders.
