Senior Cost Manager-QS (Hospitality)

Job Description: You will be responsible for preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs), estimating quantities from drawings, and monitoring progress against estimates. Additionally, you will conduct site visits to verify quantity takeoffs and prepare rate analysis reports. Your role will involve developing cost plans, tracking costs during construction, and analyzing variances between estimated and actual costs. Collaborating with project teams to identify potential cost savings opportunities and providing expert advice on Quantity Surveying matters to clients will be key responsibilities.
