Senior Copywriter

Experience: 3+ years (agency experience preferred)

CTC: up to 8 LPA

Annual Retention Bonus 10%. This is part of the above CTC and released on completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving a notice period.

City: Mumbai

About the Role:

• We’re looking for a creative and strategic thinker with 3+ years of full-time copywriting experience in a digital or integrated marketing agency.
• You should be comfortable leading content development - from strategy to campaign development to its execution and crafting compelling, on-brand copy across platforms & touchpoints.

What You’ll Do:

• Build content strategies and campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives.
• Conceptualize and write impactful scripts & copy for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Stay tuned into trends, industry conversations, competitor campaigns, and creative innovations to inform your work.
• Collaborate closely with designers, account managers, and team leads to bring briefs to life.
• Incorporate feedback effectively and deliver polished, error-free copy on time.
• Proofread and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Minimize rework by deeply understanding the brand’s tone, audience, and messaging.
• Support the creation of case studies and award submissions for successful campaigns.
