Copywriter

There are copywriters and copywriters. But when it comes to Stark, we look for these qualities:

1. Creative, imaginative, and curious about clients' products or services
2. Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy
3. Proofread and edit copy.
4. Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Work well in a team and with a range of creative people
7. Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
8. Be highly self-motivated and well-organized
9. Able to see other people's points of view and feedback
10. Have an eye for detail
11. Be aware of the current advertising trends, popular culture, activities, and successful campaigns being delivered by other agencies worldwide.

Now for the work bit.

1. Write various copy options for anything the client/brand wants - scripts for TV and radio, content for interactive media, posters, brochures, leaflets, press advertisements, and direct mail.
2. Meet account executives to discuss the client's requirements and core messages
3. Brainstorm ideas and concepts for the visual and words with other members of the creative team
4. Present initial ideas to the creative director, some of which may be rejected or developed into workable concepts
5. See to it that the deadlines are met
