Senior Copyeditor

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Editing articles, selecting photos, providing story ideas, creating headlines and captions, and editing copies. - Coordinating with reporters and photographers to ensure no important stories are missed and readers get a correct picture of events. - Creating pages with correct and catchy headlines, smart taglines, informative captions, attractive graphics, and error-free, informative content. - Designing visually pleasing pages by drawing dummies for the assigned edition and selecting stories and pictures. - Scanning agencies for relevant stories not covered by reporters to maintain a competitive edge and ensure no story is missed. To be considered for this role, you should have: - Graduation degree in any discipline, preferably in English, with a degree or diploma in journalism/mass communication. - 2 to 6 years of experience. Additionally, you should possess the following knowledge and skills: - Strong language skills, both written and spoken English. - Good news sense. - Tech-savvy to keep up with new software introductions.,
