Could you be the perfect fit for us Key Responsibilities: - Manage audits for the group subsidiaries within specified deadlines, ensuring no exceptions, and continuously streamline statutory financial close processes. - Provide support for audits and other regulatory requirements such as GST, tax audits, surveys, etc. - Deliver timely reports for group period close necessities. - Uphold adherence to internal controls and SOX for relevant processes. Qualifications Required: - Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA / CPA / equivalent with 5-7 years of progressive experience (non-CA / non-CPA with 8-10 years) in a dynamic environment handling financial reporting, audits, and compliance for large entities with a presence across multiple geographies. - Possess a solid understanding of IND-AS, IFRS, and USGAAP. - Working knowledge of Income tax and Indirect tax systems is preferred, with familiarity in other tax jurisdictions being advantageous. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, skilled in navigating ERPs (experience with SAP is a plus), and knowledgeable about enterprise performance management tools like Hyperion.
