Senior Content Writer - SaaS

You will be part of Turbolab Technologies, a revenue positive startup specializing in Data Analysis, Web Crawling, Machine Learning, Image Processing, and Video Analysis. Our enterprise-focused products harness the power of data to drive business growth. As a skilled writer/professional, your main responsibilities will include developing high-quality and trusted content for various marketing materials such as website pages, landing pages, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media posts. You will conduct thorough research on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that the content resonates with our target audience. Understanding the needs, pain points, and motivations of our target customers (retail brands in the e-commerce space) is crucial. You will create content that addresses their challenges and positions our products and solutions as the ideal choice. Furthermore, you will review and edit content for grammar, clarity, style, and accuracy to maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all materials. Collaboration with cross-functional teams like product management, sales, and design will be essential to gather insights and feedback for content creation. Building a deep understanding of the product and the company's unique differentiators is also expected. Desired candidates should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Economics, Commerce, Business, or a related field. Additionally, proven experience as a B2B content writer (3-5 years) with a strong portfolio of published work is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with the ability to adapt writing styles for different formats and target audiences. In-depth knowledge of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies is required. Strong research skills to translate complex e-commerce concepts into clear and compelling content are essential. The ability to write in a reporting style format, work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines are key attributes. Being a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is important. A self-motivated and proactive mindset, coupled with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and learning new technologies, will be highly valued.
