Position Overview

As a Senior Content & Copywriter, you will play a key role in shaping our brand voice across all customer-facing channels. You will work closely with the marketing, design, SEO, and sales teams to create high-impact content that attracts, engages, and converts prospects throughout the marketing funnel.

The ideal candidate must have a deep knowledge of SEO, content marketing strategies, and experience with the IT and Electronic Manufacturing industries. This role demands someone who can ideate, research, write, edit, and optimize content across a wide variety of formats.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

Write and edit compelling and high-quality content including:

o Blog articles and SEO-optimized long-form posts

o Website copy (landing pages, product/service pages, etc.)

o Whitepapers and eBooks

o Case studies and client success stories

o Email newsletters and email marketing campaigns

o Webinar scripts and presentation content

o Social media posts and captions (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)

Craft persuasive and emotionally resonant copy for lead generation and customer nurturing campaigns.

Content Strategy & Planning

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a content calendar aligned with overall marketing goals.

Build and execute a strategic content marketing plan to attract target audiences across different buyer personas and stages of the funnel.

Assist in building and optimizing content marketing funnels to drive traffic, nurture leads and increase conversions.

SEO Optimization

Perform keyword research and implement best on-page and off-page SEO practices.

Optimize existing content for improved SERP visibility and performance.

Work alongside the SEO team to improve website traffic, keyword rankings, and search engine authority.

Research & Industry Understanding

Stay current with industry trends, competitor content, and market insightsespecially within the IT and Electronic Manufacturing sectors.

Translate complex technical concepts into engaging, digestible, and valuable content for B2B and B2C audiences.

Content Performance Analysis

Measure and report on content effectiveness using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.

Use insights to improve future content strategy and optimize content for performance and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience in content writing and copywriting for digital platforms.

Experience in the IT and Electronic Manufacturing industries is mandatory.

Proficiency in content marketing strategies and funnel building for B2B/B2C brands.

Strong grasp of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.

A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content formats (blogs, whitepapers, web content, email marketing, etc.).

Excellent command over English grammar, vocabulary, tone, and syntax.

Ability to write for multiple personas and customer journey stages.

Proficient in using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

Strong research skills and attention to detail.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Experience writing for SaaS, IoT, or Industrial Automation companies.

Understanding of content personalization and A/B testing.

Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, etc.

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a bonus.
