Sr. Content Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Supporting the Client to shape their space and to gather insights on future space considerations
• Developing Excel-based and PPT tools to manage workspaces and provide occupancy planning data
• Creating and distributing a tailored survey to present current workplace experience data
• Conducting in-depth analysis of both the utilization study and experience survey results
• Preparing Client-facing documentation, including Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations with analyses summary, key findings and recommendations
• Coordination of key projects incl. data gathering, analytics and visualisation

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of Excel and PPT
• Real Estate / Finance / Economics background
• Organizational skills
• Analytical, visualization and presentation skills
• Result oriented
• Able to work independently

• Can be in-office or remote

• Shift Time - 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM

• 5 Days working
