Senior Consultant/Consultant - Internet & Tech Practice

This is a role within our Internet & Tech Practice of Michael Page. Enclosed below are the key roles and responsibilities :

• Identify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment
• Drive new business development via lead chases, candidate references, industry events
• Create new revenue streams with existing clients by cross selling/up selling capabilities of different Page Group brands and functions
• Continually seek to build expertise and specialisation in the chosen market
• Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice/market opportunities
• Independently driving mid-senior leadership hiring for your clients
• Build a comprehensive candidate database in your discipline
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offer
• Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
