Your responsibilities will include entering and processing client accounting transactions accurately and in a timely manner using relevant accounting software. You will be tasked with monitoring client portals, performing compilation procedures as per professional standards, and developing technical expertise in GAAP and accounting software systems. Effective communication with clients and team members, timely response to inquiries, and adherence to budgets and deadlines are essential aspects of this role. Requirements for this position include a Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate qualification, 2-6 years of experience in U.S. accounting, proficiency in technology and accounting skills, strong Excel skills, familiarity with Word and Outlook features, knowledge of Fathom Reports or Live Plan, exposure to the Microsoft Office suite, and ideally some experience in agriculture accounting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, demonstrate independence, flexibility in scheduling, maintain professionalism, and uphold client confidentiality and objectivity.
