Job Description

Lead the end-to-end
UI/UX design process
, from ideation to high-fidelity mockups using
Figma
.

Collaborate with clients, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
Create
wireframes
,
interactive prototypes
,
user flows
, and
responsive design mockups
that align with user needs and business goals.
Conduct
design consultations
with stakeholders to validate user journeys, propose new layouts, and improve existing interfaces.
Guide design thinking workshops and ensure user-centric practices are followed across design teams.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of designs, bridging the gap between design and technology.
Maintain and evolve
design systems
, component libraries, and UI guidelines for consistency across projects.
Stay updated on design trends, usability standards, and Figma features to continuously improve the quality of design deliverables.
Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across teams.
Contribute to Agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions.

Required Skills:

5 9 years of experience in
UI/UX design
, with deep expertise in
Figma
and visual design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing experience in creating web and mobile interfaces, mockups, and prototypes.
Proficiency in
user flow design
,
wireframing
, and
interactive prototyping
using Figma.
Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews.
Understanding of
responsive design
,
accessibility standards
, and
design systems
.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design ideas and rationale to clients and cross-functional teams.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating closely with developers.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus for better design-development alignment.
Leadership qualities with a collaborative and mentorship mindset.
Certifications in UI/UX design or Human-Centered Design are a plus.
