Job Description

As a member of the Tech-Ops Team at NTT DATA Business Solutions, you will play a crucial role in working closely with various customer stakeholders, both Business and IT, to address their issues and developments effectively. This customer-focused position requires you to collaborate with functional and technical consultants within the Jazz team and across the broader NDBS Managed Services organization. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-level 2nd & 3rd line advisory and consultative support to the Jazz customer stakeholder community. - Collaborate with colleagues within the Tech Ops team to identify and resolve blockers and impediments. - Establish and maintain a strong understanding of Jazz IT Service Management processes and governance requirements. - Take ownership of customer issues and developments, managing them through the service lifecycle with your team. - Analyze, configure, and implement appropriate solutions with support from Functional and Development Consultants. - Maintain open communication with Jazz and internal NDBS stakeholders, keeping everyone informed about key deliverables and metrics. - Use problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions and opportunities proactively. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience as an SAP Supply Chain consultant with expertise in MRP planning, PPDS, and related master data requirements. - Previous experience in triaging SAP incidents and effectively resolving issues in collaboration with end users. - Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders through video calls and emails. - Familiarity with working in regulated environments like the pharmaceutical industry and adhering to documentation policies. - Exposure to functional and UAT testing activities. - Proficiency in documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and business process instructions, while understanding version control importance. - Ability to comprehend business processes and design suitable solutions. - Demonstrated commitment to maintaining technical knowledge and acquiring new skills. - Track record of collaborating with customers to deliver comprehensive end-to-end business solutions. Good to Have (Optional): - Understanding of GXP requirements. - Exposure to Service Now IT Service Management tool. - Experience in providing training to end users with limited exposure to SAP systems. - Previous involvement in Change Management processes within regulated environments.
