Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Transfer Pricing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in transfer pricing, with a strong background in tax and transaction advisory services. ### Roles and Responsibility Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation reports. Develop specialized competence and attract recognition within the service line as a technical resource. Identify international transactions, compute arm's length prices, select appropriate methods, document, and prepare transfer pricing study reports. Complete transfer pricing assignments, including benchmarking studies for multinational clients. Manage a team of Consultants and Interns working on specific client projects. Conduct economic analysis and comparability analysis, utilizing expertise in Indian and foreign databases. Prepare technical submissions for assessments and appellate levels. Represent the client's case before the Tax Officer/Appellate level. ### Job Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of core transfer pricing experience. Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly flexible, adaptable, and creative, with comfort interacting with senior executives. Possess strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PPT). Well-versed with OECD TP Guidelines and transfer pricing regulations of developed countries.
