Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across M&A transactions, including digital strategy development, technology roadmap creation, and digital operating model transformation to drive value creation and business enablement.

• AI & Emerging Technology Integration: Drive AI-powered transformation strategies leveraging generative AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to enhance deal value, automate processes, and enable intelligent decision-making across transaction lifecycle.

• Digital Due Diligence & Value Creation: Conduct technology due diligence with focus on digital maturity assessment, data governance capabilities, cybersecurity posture, and identification of digital transformation opportunities for value enhancement.

• Lead and deliver AI-driven projects from inception to completion, ensuring high quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

• Develop and implement AI strategies and solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients across various industries.
• Conduct thorough data analysis, model development, and validation using advanced AI and machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business consultants, to design and execute AI projects.
• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities for AI solutions, and present actionable recommendations.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, and share insights with the team and clients.

• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities for AI engagements.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering successful AI projects in diverse industry sectors. • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of various AI techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
