Senior Consultant - Software

As a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer at firstsourc in Hyderabad, IN, with 5-7 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management solutions. Your role will involve working with various IAM technologies such as OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and Okta, integrating IAM platforms, and ensuring secure access management across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud IAM (AWS/Azure), API integrations, security best practices, and software development in Java/.NET. You must have deep expertise in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML, along with hands-on experience with Okta for identity and access management. Strong troubleshooting skills are essential to analyze logs and resolve authentication/authorization issues, including troubleshooting SAML assertions, OAuth tokens, and API integrations. Extensive experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) solutions is required, along with proficiency in managing user lifecycles and implementing RBAC and ABAC. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of IAM security best practices and standards, familiarity with IAM policies, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks, and experience in integrating IAM solutions with REST APIs and handling security tokens and JSON. Expertise in cloud IAM platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is necessary, as well as knowledge of Java or .NET for IAM integration and authentication-related development. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, along with certifications like CISSP, CIAM, Okta Certified Professional, AWS Certified Security Specialty, or Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator.
