Senior Consultant - Product Manager

Role Overview: As an Associate Product Manager/Program Manager/Business Analyst, you will be responsible for defining the vision for the product, setting goals to build reliable and future adaptive Gen AI applications/deployable solutions. You will also incubate new features and products, identify user problems, customer needs, and our competitive landscape. Prioritizing customer requests and platform goals will be essential, along with establishing a feedback loop between customer-facing and engineering teams to ensure smooth launches. Key Responsibilities: - Define the vision for the product and set goals for building reliable and adaptive Gen AI applications - Incubate new features and products with customers through repeatable and scalable processes - Identify user problems, customer needs, and competitive landscape - Prioritize customer requests and long-term platform goals - Establish a feedback loop between customer-facing and engineering teams - Communicate product vision and priorities to stakeholders, team members, and executives - Define success metrics and analyze leading metrics to ensure measurable goals are met Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering and up to 2 years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development, or equivalent experience - Excellent communication skills Additional Details: - It is preferred that you have experience working for small, growing startups - You should be deeply curious, a fast learner, and have an experimental mindset regarding futuristic AI applications in Tech - Familiarity with AI model development, machine learning algorithms, and cloud technologies is preferred for driving business growth or improving operational efficiency - You should possess a user-centered, empathetic approach and an intuitive understanding of what makes a great user experience,
