Role Overview: EY People Advisory Services (PAS) within our Tax & Legal service line specializes in everything that has anything to do with people management. EY's People Advisory Services help clients in designing and implementing an integrated people strategy. As a (Senior) Personal Income Tax Consultant in the Global Mobility team, you will assist companies in moving talent across the globe. You will advise clients on global mobility questions related to inbound and outbound employees and on resident and non-resident personal income tax matters. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on global employment structures - Assist in implementing cost-efficient remuneration techniques - Provide guidance on short term business travelers - Offer expertise on withholding tax exemptions - Provide equity-related advisory - Guide and coach junior team members to perform at their best Qualification Required: - Bachelor or Master in Law, Economics, or equivalent; a fiscal degree is a plus - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position with profound knowledge and interest in personal income tax/individual tax matters - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch or French, along with fluency in English - Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Very good understanding of Belgian tax legislation Additional Details: At EY, you become part of the EY Family, where you will receive the necessary skills, training, and opportunities to grow to your fullest potential.
