Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support OTM Cloud modules (Order Management, Contract and Rate Management, Shipment Management, Business Process Automation, Global Trade Management, Fleet Management, Freight Settlement).
Provide functional and technical support to resolve complex service requests and customer issues.
Conduct incident management, troubleshoot issues, and escalate business-critical problems.
Respond to user queries, guide navigation, and provide functional training to business users.
Assist with SaaS configuration including workflows, business rules, roles, approvals, reports, and data security.
Manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle and monitor lifecycle through resolution.
Analyze and communicate impact of quarterly updates and participate in UAT/regression testing.
Monitor and support integrations, APIs, file flows, and coordinate with IT or integration partners.
Maintain up-to-date documentation, FAQs, quick guides, and process manuals.
Advocate for customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements and SaaS best practices.
