Senior Consultant - Graphic Design

As a Graphic Design Lead at WSP, your key responsibilities will include: - Designing visually compelling proposals, document covers, presentations, diagrams, infographics, and marketing collateral. - Translating complex technical and strategic content into clear, engaging visuals. - Collaborating with engineers, proposal managers, and marketing teams to align design outputs with business goals. - Maintaining brand consistency across all deliverables and platforms. - Guiding and mentoring junior designers to ensure quality and consistency. - Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and shifting priorities. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following required qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, including at least 2 years in a lead role. - Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) with knowledge of AI-powered features like Adobe Firefly. - Possess strong experience in motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, and interactive design. - Exhibit excellent communication, creative thinking, and team collaboration skills. - Experience with SharePoint and digital asset management systems is a plus. Preferred skills for this role include: - 3D visualization and map creation. - Familiarity with proposal development for infrastructure or engineering sectors.
