Senior Consultant Data Science

Role Overview: As a Senior Data Scientist at TTEC Digital, you will collaborate with a diverse range of clients and industries to develop data-driven solutions, cutting-edge algorithms, and expert insights to enhance the understanding of customer behavior and requirements. Your main responsibility will be assisting clients in translating data into actionable insights that drive measurable results, enhance performance, and enable clients to maintain a competitive edge. This role necessitates a profound comprehension and utilization of statistical and data analysis tools. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 4-6 years of experience in the analytics domain, focusing on developing and implementing ML/AI solutions - Have a minimum of 1 year of experience working on NLP projects, including text mining, utilizing LLMs, engaging with Hugging Face/Transformer models, and working with publicly available LLM APIs - Demonstrate a proficient level of knowledge in machine learning and deep learning methodologies - Exhibit excellent programming skills in Python, Pandas, PySpark, and SQL - Showcase strong communication skills, capable of articulating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences - Display a good understanding of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to craft comprehensive PowerPoint presentations (including outline, visualization, results, and summary) that are client-ready - Familiarity with at least one of the following cloud platforms: Azure, GCP, Databricks, AWS; GCP experience is preferred Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of analytics experience with a focus on ML/AI solutions - Minimum of 1 year working on NLP projects, including text mining and utilization of LLMs and Transformer models - Proficient in machine learning and deep learning techniques - Strong programming skills in Python, Pandas, PySpark, and SQL - Excellent communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences - Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, GCP, Databricks, AWS; GCP familiarity is preferred Additional Company Details: TTEC Digital Consulting is at the forefront of providing customer experience, engagement, and growth solutions.
