As a Senior Consultant in the Data Analytics Practice at TTEC Digital India, your role will involve working within the Analytics and Insights Experience (AIX) team. The AIX team focuses on Data Science and Engineering projects, encompassing tasks such as designing and validating data models, building systems for data collection and conversion, and deriving insights from data for decision-making purposes. You will collaborate with Data Scientists, Project Leads, and Managers on various projects including implementation, upgrade, and migration initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze raw data to derive meaningful insights - Develop and maintain datasets for efficient data processing - Enhance data quality and operational efficiency - Create solution and design documentation for reference - Work independently on projects and collaborate effectively within a team - Develop internal training programs, processes, and best practices - Provide mentorship to Junior Data Engineers and other team members in your area of expertise - Continuously enhance your skills through on-the-job learning and formal training - Assist in pre-sales activities by delivering accurate work estimates - Collaborate closely with Project Management to ensure timely and budget-friendly project deliveries Competencies: - Personal: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, high energy, integrity, and flexibility. Exhibit problem-solving abilities and prioritize tasks effectively. - Leadership: Gain credibility, motivate team members, and maintain a positive attitude. Address technical and customer service challenges with expertise. - Technical: Communicate technical concepts effectively and proficient in tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office products. Possess technical skills in areas including Python, SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Bricks, Big Data tools, DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and Rest Services/API Management. Education, Experience, and Certification: - Post-Secondary Degree (or Diploma) in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT field.
