As a Consultant or Senior Consultant at Infosys, you will be part of a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and developing Scaled Agile portfolios of the highest complexity - Serving as a team member and track lead on Agile/Scrum delivery engagements for clients - Guiding teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint - Optimizing scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities for higher levels of team performance - Overseeing systemic impediments to team agility and guiding teams on methods to escalate - Delivering capabilities using agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes - Partnering with discipline managers to convey concerns to scrum teams about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards - Collaborating with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the teams and escalate key risks and issues - Receiving direction from leaders and exercising independent judgment while developing knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements - Training other Scrum masters and serving as a mentor to less experienced staff - Executing consulting engagements in a global delivery model, working with consultants across regions - Contributing to the profile and reputation of Infosys Consulting through firm building, new capability and offering development initiatives, thought leadership, and whitepapers Qualifications required for this role include: - 4-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a Life Science background (Commercial analytics, Patient support program, LIMS, MES, R&D, etc.) - Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master running agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvements - Must have a Life Science background - Demonstrated excellent core competence and experience in delivery of agile projects using scrum or various other methodologies across the value chain in Life Sciences - Proven efficiency in conflict management, influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to lead or manage stakeholders effectively - Proficiency with IT tools supporting delivery, for example, JIRA, Confluence, etc. As a Consultant or Senior Consultant at Infosys, you will be part of a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
