Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in business consulting, preferably with a background in government consulting. ### Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. Provide strategic guidance on business transformation and process improvement. Analyze complex problems and deliver insightful and practical solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement service and cost improvement initiatives. Support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk, and ensure operational resilience. ### Job Requirements Post Graduation or MBA from a reputed institute with a good academic background. Minimum 6 years of experience in business consulting, preferably in government consulting. Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems.
