Senior Consultant, Business Analytics

Responsibilities

• Design and configure integration workflows using iPaaS platforms similar to Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, Workato.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain integration maps, connectors, and transformation logic between systems such as Sage Intacct, D365, Salesforce, SAP Concur, Workday, and others.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Document integration architecture, processes, and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of integration standards and frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms and enterprise system integrations.
• Deep understanding of APIs, data transformation, and middleware technologies.
• Proven experience integrating ERP, CRM, HCM, and financial systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
• Experience with cloud-based ecosystems and SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Software development using C# - preferably in a serverless architecture
• Certification in one or more iPaaS platforms is a plus.
• Background in consulting or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to work independently
