What you will be doing at Evalueserve

• Defining the Future of Self-Service: Researching and understanding emerging trends in self-service BI, including AI-driven analytics, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Augmented Analytics, and embedded BI.
• Assessing Current State: Evaluating the organization's existing BI landscape, including data infrastructure, tools, user skills, and pain points related to data access and analysis.
• Exploring New Tools: Researching and evaluating cutting-edge self-service BI tools and platforms, focusing on features like intuitive user interfaces, data integration capabilities, scalability, and AI/ML capabilities.
• Conducting Pilots and Proof-of-Concepts : Leading pilot programs to test and evaluate new technologies and approaches with selected user groups, gathering feedback and refining the strategy based on real-world usage.
• Designing Scalable Architecture : Architecting a robust and scalable data infrastructure that supports self-service analytics needs, including data warehousing, data lakes, and data pipelines
• BI Tool Integration : Strong skills in using Power BI or other similar tool with Fabric/Databricks/Snowflake including data modeling, DAX, report and dashboard development, and understanding Direct Lake mode for improved performance.

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong background in Data Engineering SQL, Azure Data Factory or similar tools.
• Experience with APIs, JSON, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
