Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver consulting projects in
Talent Assessments, Leadership Development
, and
Performance Management
Design and implement
competency frameworks
,
development centres
, and
succession planning
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on
organizational design, career pathing, and digital transformation
Contribute to
capability building
, knowledge management, and internal content development
Use data and tools to deliver insights through
dashboards, HR analytics
, and storytelling
Drive
revenue growth
, support business development, and contribute to proposals and client pitches
Author whitepapers, articles, and represent Aon in industry events

What We're Looking For:

4 to 6 years
of relevant consulting experience in
Talent Solutions, Assessments
, or
Leadership Development
Educational background in
HR, Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, or Business Administration
Certified in tools like
Hogan, SHL, OPQ, MBTI
, or similar (preferred)
Strong command of
psychometrics, validation techniques, job analysis
Solid project management and
client engagement
experience
Analytical mindset
with proficiency in
Excel
(Power BI, R, VBA added advantage)
Strong interpersonal and
presentation skills
Comfortable with
fast-paced environments
, tight deadlines, and multitasking
Willingness to
travel
as per project demands
