Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Essential Skills : Advanced University Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent and relevant work experience. Accreditation in a recognized project management methodology such as PMI, Prince2, or equivalent project management experience. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerApps (Model Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, PowerBI, PowerPages, SharePoint(Document Management), Azure DevOps with at least 2-3 Projects. Experience in Incident and Problem Management, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical issues. Familiarity with ITIL practices. Desirable Skills : ERP system / SaaS accreditation or training in one functional domain or platform. Azure certifications related to Microsoft or equivalent. Knowledge in SQL Server (TeamMate+), PHP/Drupal, MySQL, MS Co-pilot Certification in ITIL Foundation or higher is highly desirable.
