Senior Consultant- ACC Expert Services

You will be responsible for providing Implementation consultancy, Customer Assistance, and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign clients in their deployment and use of Adobe Campaign solution. This includes creating Implementation plans for new and existing clients, conducting Knowledge transfer/Training sessions to customers, and performing Product Installations, Upgrades, and Configuration activities. Additionally, you will be reporting on project delivery to Project Management, managing projects on your own in smaller projects without dedicated Project Managers, and building great working relationships with the Onshore Consulting team. It is crucial to learn and adopt best practices from such teams globally and work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations. You will also act as a Development lead point of contact with Digital Marketing Consultants, learn multiple Adobe Digital Marketing Solutions, and provide multi-product Enablement and Integration solutions to strategic clients. Moreover, you will collaborate with Digital Marketing Consultants to make recommendations regarding Digital Marketing Suite technical implementations and support additional team members through mentoring and teaching. Qualifications Required: - Expertise and Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL) - Programming experience in Javascript, Java, VB, C#, or PHP - Knowledge of Web Technologies like HTML and CSS would be a plus - Good communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentation - Self-starter with strong organizational skills and high motivation - Fast learner with the ability to grasp new technologies and languages - Knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation and page load events would be advantageous - Project Management skills would be beneficial,
