Senior Consultant- ACC Expert Services

You will be responsible for providing Implementation consultancy, Customer Assistance, and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign clients in their deployment and use of the Adobe Campaign solution. This includes creating Implementation plans for new and existing clients, conducting Knowledge transfer/Training sessions for customers on the implemented solution, and handling Product Installations, Upgrades, and Configuration activities. You will report on project delivery to Project Management and manage projects independently in smaller projects that do not have dedicated Project Managers. Building a strong working relationship with the Onshore Consulting team is crucial, as you will be expected to Learn and Adopt best practices from such teams globally. Collaborating closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the professional delivery of technical implementations is also a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will act as a Development lead point of contact with Digital Marketing Consultants, learning multiple Adobe Digital Marketing Solutions, and providing multi-product Enablement and Integration solutions to strategic clients. Your responsibilities will also involve working with Digital Marketing Consultants to make recommendations regarding Digital Marketing Suite technical implementations and supporting team members through mentoring and teaching. Ensuring the professional delivery of Business Consulting Service to clients by closely working with the Quality Assurance team is another essential part of this role. As for the requirements, you should have expertise and experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL) and programming experience in languages such as Javascript, Java, VB, C#, or PHP. Knowledge of Web Technologies like HTML and CSS would be beneficial. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective customer interactions, communications, and documentation. Being a self-starter, organized, and highly motivated individual is important, along with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and languages. Knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation and page load events is advantageous, and having Project Management skills would be a plus.,
